Professional Journey

Early Beginnings

Dishwasher at 17 in Washington D.C., rising quickly through the restaurant and bar scene.  Founded Presto! Design at 19, launching into marketing and special-events production.  Earned a B.A. in International Business & Finance from American University and attended Wharton.

Hospitality Ventures
Launched major brands including East Coast Saloons, the Bynum Hospitality Group, McFadden’s, and Philly’s SOUTH Jazz Club.  Today, as CEO of Gemini Hospitality Consultants, he guides food-service startups in strategy, branding, and financial growth.

Creative & Social Enterprise
Founded Another Three Hearts Experience, producing story-driven films and events that support charities.  Launched the Philadelphia Jazz Experience, a nonprofit dedicated to jazz education, live performances, and archiving the music’s heritage.  Created Veggie Graffiti and the Feed Philly Coalition, blending public art, urban farming, and food equity.

Speaking Engagements
Harry has delivered keynote talks at major Philly institutions—Temple, Drexel, and Community College of Philadelphia—on hospitality, social impact, and inclusive leadership.

Serves on the board of Alex’s Lemonade Stand Foundation.  Active supporter of Challenger League, Alpha Kappa Psi, and Amnesty International. Longtime advocate through Feed Philly Coalition and music/art mentorship.

Roots

Born in Washington, D.C., Harry grew up globally—from Latin America to Europe—before settling in Philadelphia. Inspired by family and a personal family tragedy, he co-founded the Hayman Family Fund in memory of his brother Brad, driving his mission for community service.
